Sandur fluid controls provides electromagnetic dosing and metering pumps.These dosing and metering pumps are solenoid driven and are controlled electronically by a pcb. The only moving part in these pumps is the solenoid armature, with a maximum movement of 1.25 mm. There are no rotating parts in the pump and hence no lubrication is needed. The wear and tear is negligible and the pumps are virtually maintenance-free. Diaphragm is made up of high quality nylon fabric reinforced epdm with moulded steel core and has layer of ptfe on the liquid contact area. Pump heads, made of different materials like pvc, pp, ptfe, acrylic, ss & ms can be offered depending upon the chemical to be handled. Double ball valves on the suction and discharge sides ensure maximum reliability. The pump body in e & cc3 series is made up of high quality plastic while for the b-series, the pump body is made from die-cast aluminium with powder coating. In the e & b range of pumps, the frequency can be varied between 4& 100 per cent and the stroke length between 10 & 100 per cent. The pumps also have an inbuilt facility for automatic control of dosing and can accept pulse signals or analog signals of 0/4-20 ma.
